Falcon Music VFT Final Question
6th hour Purple Falcon music class...this message is for you! Today when you have completed all of the questions on your Virtual Field Trip (VFT) to San Francisco (or Dallas or Baltimore), please respond to the following question by posting comments to the blog. Are you ready? Okay here is the question: What two musical things did you learn on this VFT? Please answer in at least two complete sentences. Thanks. By the way, did you play Beethoven Baseball?

Mr. P's sample answer: I learned that the harp has 47 strings and a very peaceful sound. My favorite part was learning about all of the different percussion instruments. I had no idea there were so many.
Boy this is lots of fun. I love playing Beethoven Baseball.
I learned that there were somany diffrent tempos and pitches.
I learned that all instorments play slightly diffrent kinds of music and tune there instorments to the oboe.
I learned there that there were so many instruments. I also learned that they were also important and they all play a part in the orchestra.
my favorite thing to do on our vtf was the performalatior. my favorite intrument is the clarinet.maybe that is becase i play the clarinet.:-)i love the ocrestra.;-)
I learned that music can be played at different speeds not just fast and slow. My favorite part was the performulater!
Wow ive learned that the trumpet was originally strainght. I never knew that,did you?
I learned that there are tons of different instrutment in the orchestra. Also that It would be a hard job being a composer.
Ilearned that there are a lot of instruments made of metal and that there are a lot of woodwind instruments that i didn't know about. I like the percussion instruments.
i learned that the piano has 88 keys and can be considered a string insturement or purcussion
Wow I learned lots of things on the VFT like the bassoon orinignally was 8 ft long and a double reed. awww yeah
I learned that if you stretch out a trumpet it would be 6 1/2 in. long. I learned that the piano has 88 keys.
I learned that there are a lot of percussion instruments. I also learned that the insruments are located in certain spots for a reason.
I learned so much on VFT! I had no idea there were so many instruments in the orchestra. They all have very unique sounds! I haven't played beetoven baseball cuz I have no idea where it is.

i learned that there is no saxophone in the orchestra, which is pretty weird. i also learned that the grandfather in peter and the wolf is a bassoon.
this is a rileyfun class so far. my fav thing about the class is the cool slid showes.

i learned the Minnesota conductor's name! Also some of the songs to the istruments like Peter and the wolf.

This ws soooooo much fun! I learned a LOT aboutinstruments and I can not believe how many there are! I also didn't know that some instruments, like the contra- bassoon, could get so low!Another new thing I learned was how unique each instrument is! I hope I can learn more!
the flute is made out of wood and metal. i learned so much about the instruments of the orchertra!
I learned that there are alot of string instruments. I also learned that there is violin one and violin twon.
i learned that the temp machine is the speed of music. so many/ all music asrtist depend on it.
My faforit part of this website is changing the tempo.I allso liked listting to the insterments.The radio was boring!

I learned so many things! Like what Harmony,Tempo,Rhythm, Pitch, Symbols, and instrumentation! Beethoven baseball seems fun, I'm going to try it!
